ADD ANOTHER GREAT COMPANY TO TEAM MACHINE!!!
You GOTTA check these out. WWW.KELLYSHU.COM !!! Is now a great endorsement of mine!!!
"Kelly Concepts, LLC - EST. 2006 Our company has developed a suspended and isolated microphone mounting system for kick drums. The design is now in Patent Pending with the USPTO and other countries. Our kick drum microphone mounts eliminate the need for the extra boom stand and base that is typically used to support a kick drum microphone. Our system can be mounted either internally or externally. The system saves set-up and tear down time, saves stage space, eliminates stage clutter and totally isolates the microphone from the stage and drum shell both. The system has no negative effect on the sound of the drum and requires NO DRILLING for installation. We are currently seeking drum shops, pro audio outlets, drum companies, music supply stores and retailers for distribution and dealerships for our product. We have wholesale pricing available - Please visit our website for more details. Please do not inquire about purchases through our MySpace profile. For purchasing information, visit http://www.kellyshu.com/."
These guys have been so understanding of me and my dreams that they are now a proud endorser of Mike Machine!!! They've proven to have a product so unique and so convenient to the PLAYER!!! That you should seriously invest in this. If you're a studio or touring player... how could you deny that this is the most convenient kick mic system ever invented!!!
HUGE thanks goes out to Jeff Kelly of The Kelly SHU!!! I'm looking forward to this relationship and hope to prove this product to be an amazing asset for me and all those around me!!!
Also check them out at myspace!!! www.myspace.com/kelly_shu

YAY!!! ANOTHER GREAT ENDORSEMENT!!!
Yes Sir!!!
For anyone who has noticed what shoes I wore down at NAMM '07 ...these were my secret weapon of choice!!!
The infamous DRUM SHOE!!! These can be found and ordered at www.drumshoes.com !!! Please, when you order these... tell them you found out about these shoes threw me as it helps me prove my loyalty to them and the product.
Honestly... I've owned my pair of DB's since 2005 and must've put in 100's of hours on them...and theyre STILL great!!! Comfortable is an understatement!!! I wore these specialty shoes when I broke the "5" and "15" Minute WORLD RECORD runs at WFD 2007.
So there it is...my secret weapon of choice. I can only tell you that if you DON'T have a pair... you SHOULD!!!
Mike
P.S. They're so comfortable you might want to keep them a secret!!!

Talk About School'd!!!
Here's a nice little post I came across on Blabbermouth.net ...the Author is unknown...but talk about hilarious!!!
-------------------------------------------------------------------
"Every six months when this contest goes down I am at NAMM watching amazing feats of skill as a bunch of kick ass drummers who are all masters of the set engage in the equivalent of a home run derby. Nobody ever said it was music. It is what it is. And every six months I see the same 20 or so pathetic and jealous music wannabes screaming about crap they know nothing about because it makes them feel better about their sorry excuse for lives.
First of all the bass drum record lasted 6 and a half years. Mangini has held the hands record for 3 years. So the claim that the records change all the time is a lie to make an insecure person feel better.
Second, when you bitch about this stuff as much as some of you do, one only sees your obvious jealousy. Everybody knows speed does not always =good but quite often it does. And the guys who win this stuff already know this, but thanks for reminding.
Third, many famous drummers make serious plans to compete in this thing, then they get there, see its a totally different game, and decide to just observe, while spinning to people that they never planned to compete when they most certainly did. What famous drummer wants Mike Machine, Waterson or a kid like Matt Smith handing them their asses at WFD, which they will absolutely do because they are faster drummers than these guys? Ask Lord Marco. Yeah he's not big time famous but well known enough. He was in this same contest and got his ass kicked.
Every time some (not all) of you critic poseurs start with this crap, you put down great musicians you don't know jack about. The only reason some of you even use the word musicality is because you saw it on a music forum and you think it makes you sound learned. You're only mad because people aren't discussing you. Again I'm not speaking to the majority, but you others know who you are."
Hahahah man that fuckin rulz.
